Investment thesis
ITNIG aims to build a strong local startup ecosystem in Barcelona made up of companies with global ambition. It combines technology, local references, knowledge, capital and physical meeting spaces in the Poblenou district. Having evolved from a consultancy into a venture builder that created roughly a dozen companies (including Camaloon, Quipu and the unicorn Factorial), it began investing as business angels at pre-seed and seed stages and later launched ITNIG Capital, a CNMV-approved early-stage venture capital fund of 13M euros. Its activities span investment, workspaces, media (a leading Spanish-language startup podcast) and an entrepreneurial community.
