Éliane Laberge is a Bilingual Cultural Development Officer at Innovation PEI, working in the arts and culture sector on funding program administration, social media management, and special events coordination. Her background includes corporate communications, media relations, and English-French translation. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Communications, a graduate certificate in Events Management, and a Bachelor's Degree in Language Interpretation and Translation from the University of Ottawa.

Justine Lorch is a Project Manager at Spring Activator, an impact investing firm in Canada, where she manages the design, delivery, and execution of investment programs for early-stage founders and impact investors. These programs focus on incubation, acceleration, investor education, and fundraising support. Her background includes investor relations, compliance, sustainability, and private markets, along with prior work assisting early-stage startups and social purpose organizations in Canada with equity crowdfunding raises.

Shannon Pratt is Co-CEO of Spring, where she has helped direct over $120 million to early-stage impact-driven ventures in Canada, particularly those led by founders from underrepresented groups. She serves as Chair of the Board of Directors at Propel Impact and has served on the jury for the Cartier Women's Initiative in North America. Her earlier career included corporate roles in the UK, co-founding a renewable energy venture for off-grid communities, and international development work with UNICEF in Laos.

Stephen Conrad is an Impact Officer at the Japan Social Innovation and Investment Foundation (SIIF), where he focuses on providing financial and non-financial support to social entrepreneurs developing impact strategies, business models, and financial plans. Prior to joining SIIF, he worked at the publishing company Kodansha, where he established and managed its corporate venture capital arm and supported the management of domestic and international subsidiaries.
