Entrepreneur who founded and managed several medical technology companies including PharmaSys, ECR, Visioncare and BioControl, and served as a director of Given Imaging. Chairs the Israeli Early-Stage Investors Association and holds an LLB.

Tal Carasso is a Venture Partner and Director of Investor Relations at Peregrine Ventures, where responsibilities include investor relations and business development. Carasso has worked with both early-stage and later-stage companies in areas such as deal sourcing, business planning, and operations management. Carasso holds an M.A. focused in Organizational Consulting.

Doron Levin is VP of Business Development at Incentive, part of the Peregrine Ventures Incubator. Trained as a molecular biologist and biochemist, Levin has over nine years of industrial experience in biologics, small molecules, and cell therapy at the pre-clinical development stage, having held roles including CSO, project leader, and scientist.

Principal at Peregrine and VP of Business Development for the Incentive Incubator specializing in pharma and biotech investments since 2020. Serves on several portfolio company boards. Holds an MSc in molecular biology from the Weizmann Institute and an MBA.

Joined Peregrine in 2023, managing deal flow and due diligence for Peregrine and its Incentive incubator with a focus on diagnostics. Former clinical research associate at Alpha Tau Medical. Holds an MSc in biomedical sciences from the Hebrew University.
