Astou Ndiaye is Director of Finance at Impact ON, where she oversees accounting operations including accounts payable and receivable management. With more than eight years of experience in financial and accounting management, she has developed expertise in financial process optimization and organizational performance improvement. She holds a leadership certification and is fluent in French and English.

Caroline Saint-Mleux is Senior Director of Impact at Impact ON. With over 20 years of experience across North America, Africa, Asia, the Middle East, and Eastern Europe, she works in strategy, organizational development, and systems change across sectors including social impact, international development, peacebuilding, and humanitarian action. Her expertise encompasses strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, organizational transformation, facilitation, leadership development, and impact measurement.

Christina Clark is a Director at Newton Impact, where she leads strategic change programmes for global consumer goods businesses focused on P&L impact. She previously held supply chain roles at Diageo, working across operations. Clark serves as a Steering Group member of the Women in Food network.

She holds a degree in SME management and entrepreneurship and works in English and French. Her professional interests include sustainable development, education, and international business.
