With over 20 years of experience across North America, Africa, Asia, the Middle East, and Eastern Europe, she works in strategy, organizational development, and systems change across sectors including social impact, international development, peacebuilding, and humanitarian action. Her expertise encompasses strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, organizational transformation, facilitation, leadership development, and impact measurement.

Fatoumata Traoré is an independent consultant specializing in social program management, resource mobilization, and monitoring and evaluation. Her experience includes work on gender equality and economic empowerment initiatives in West Africa, as well as education system enhancement projects involving language instruction for government employees. She has collaborated with governments, NGOs, and international agencies on development initiatives and is bilingual in French and English.

Hélène Le Hô is Manager of Team Impact at Impact ON, where she oversees program delivery, performance monitoring, and stakeholder engagement in support of impact-driven economic development. With over a decade of experience spanning project management, business development, training, and community engagement—including prior work in the dermo-cosmetics industry—she brings a scientific background and bilingual fluency in French and English to her role. She holds master's degrees in Health Management, Biotechnology and Health Industries from a business school and in Biotechnology and Human Health from a university.

Lisa Quennoy is an Engagement Specialist at Impact ON with several years of experience in project management, events management, customer service, and relationship building. She holds a degree in SME management and entrepreneurship and works in English and French. Her professional interests include sustainable development, education, and international business.

Mehdi El Fettami is a Strategy Manager at Impact ON with over 15 years of experience in communication and product marketing operations. His work spans retail and online channels, focusing on go-to-market strategy and market growth initiatives. He has contributed to marketing efforts supporting government initiatives.
