Investment thesis
IC Ventures is a private fund concentrating on seed and pre-Series A investments in Latin American entrepreneurs building disruptive, rapidly scalable ventures with strong execution capability. It seeks companies where technology is central to the value proposition and represents a critical transformation opportunity for a market or industry. While flexible given its private structure, in recent years it has favored B2B startups with recurring-revenue models, with a non-exclusive emphasis on artificial intelligence and fintech. Beyond capital, the fund actively supports founders through board roles, advisory councils, mentorship, talent attraction, network access and follow-on fundraising support, occasionally participating in follow-on rounds for strategic reasons.
