Investment thesis
Huge Thing positions itself as a hands-on innovation partner focused on delivery rather than ideation. As Head of Innovation Management & Strategy and co-owner of Huge Thing, Maryla supports large organizations with innovation strategies, structuring innovation teams and startup cooperation. She co-created the Scale UP acceleration program and co-hosts the Huge Talks podcast.
Monika leads Huge Thing as CEO and specializes in developing and implementing innovation strategies and cultures across organizations. She was associated with VC fund group SpeedUp Group from 2012 and was a Partner at the funds until 2025, and has worked with organizations including Rossmann, Żabka Polska, Novartis and TETOS.
Franek supports program managers in running acceleration programs and is an innovation and technology enthusiast. He studied at the School of Innovations at SWPS University in Warsaw and previously worked as a researcher and junior insight specialist.

Natalia joined Huge Thing in 2019 and implements acceleration and educational programs such as Poland Prize and PlusJeden do Rozwoju. As Delivery Lead she oversees Huge Thing's operations, finances, team planning and quality of activities.
Olga joined Huge Thing in 2024 as part of the consulting team, supporting large private and public organizations with innovation processes. She previously led digital and smart-city initiatives in Poznań as Coordinator of Poznań CityLab.
