Axel Mihanovich is a partner at Mount Olivia Partners with an engineering background and experience across construction, mining, and management consulting. He has held roles in operations, procurement, business development, and finance, working in the United States, Saudi Arabia, Trinidad & Tobago, Brazil, Chile, and Argentina. Previously, he was a senior executive in mining and worked as a consultant at McKinsey.

Hugues Bertin is an actuary with three decades of insurance industry experience who founded and leads Digital Insurance LatAm. He provides strategic advisory services to insurance executives, facilitates investment and corporate venture initiatives in the Latin American insurtech sector, and organizes the annual Insurtech Latam Forum. Bertin also serves as president of the Panamerican Insurtech Alliance and co-founded InsurteChile and the Insurtech Association of Colombia.

Ehud Hai is co-founder and managing partner at 2i Ventures. As an investor, he has sourced and led investments in public companies including SentinelOne and Wix, as well as private technology firms across enterprise software, infrastructure, cybersecurity, automotive, and semiconductors sectors. He holds a BSc in Electrical Engineering from the Technion and an MBA, and has prior experience managing technology programs for Israeli companies and the IDF.

Joaquín Cerda is an MBA candidate at IESE Business School (Class of 2028) with over six years of experience across venture capital, retail banking, and revenue management. As an Associate at HCS Capital, he conducted due diligence, valuation, and restructuring for portfolio companies in the United States and Latin America, and he previously worked in commercial and product strategy at Banco Falabella and revenue management at Softys. During his MBA, he is exploring roles in consulting and investment.

Luis Felipe San Martin is a Managing Partner at 12ten Capital, an alternative asset manager. He holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and an MPA in International Development from Harvard Kennedy School of Government.
