Her work focuses on rental housing, spanning traditional multifamily and build-to-rent, and she has transacted on more than $750 million in real estate assets.

Peggy Lamb is a Managing Director at Hastings Equity Partners. Her areas of specialization include private equity, business consulting, business valuation, and attestation services.

Sara Boyd is a Principal, Investor Relations at Halstatt Real Estate Partners, where she leads investor communications and relationship management with institutional and family office partners and contributes to the firm's capital formation strategy across rental housing investments. She previously held investor relations and capital formation roles at Graham Partners, a middle market buyout firm, and began her career in the Investment Management Division of Goldman Sachs. Her work focuses on developing investor relations infrastructure, reporting and governance frameworks, and fundraising processes for growing investment firms.

Steve Iannaccone is a software engineer and entrepreneur who co-founded a company that was acquired by Google. As CTO, he spent over 10 years leading a software development company's technical organization, which grew from zero to more than 120 engineers and built products generating over $20M in annual recurring revenue. He holds an Executive MBA from Oxford and is currently exploring new startup ideas in Zagreb.

Darren Martian is Chief Financial Officer at Halstatt, LLC, with more than 25 years of experience in asset management and hedge fund administration. His areas of work include financial analysis, financial reporting, tax, legal and compliance, strategic planning, and systems improvements. He is a Chartered Professional Accountant and CFA Charterholder and holds both U.S. and Canadian citizenship.

Judy's youngest daughter, responsible for the family and firm's philanthropic commitments through the Halstatt Charitable Foundation.
