Kristina Heinze is Chief Investment Officer at Halstatt and co-founder of ParkerGale Capital, with more than 25 years of experience in private equity, mergers and acquisitions, and board advisory. As a family office executive, she oversees investment strategy across private and public portfolios and serves as an independent board director for private and family-owned companies. Her board work includes experience on audit, finance, and compensation committees.

Sara Boyd is a Principal, Investor Relations at Halstatt Real Estate Partners, where she leads investor communications and relationship management with institutional and family office partners and contributes to the firm's capital formation strategy across rental housing investments. She previously held investor relations and capital formation roles at Graham Partners, a middle market buyout firm, and began her career in the Investment Management Division of Goldman Sachs. Her work focuses on developing investor relations infrastructure, reporting and governance frameworks, and fundraising processes for growing investment firms.

Steve Iannaccone is Managing Principal at Halstatt Real Estate Partners, where he leads investment strategy and product development, including sourcing, execution, and portfolio oversight. His work focuses on rental housing, spanning traditional multifamily and build-to-rent, and he has transacted on more than $750 million in real estate assets.

Darren Martian is Chief Financial Officer at Halstatt, LLC, with more than 25 years of experience in asset management and hedge fund administration. His areas of work include financial analysis, financial reporting, tax, legal and compliance, strategic planning, and systems improvements. He is a Chartered Professional Accountant and CFA Charterholder and holds both U.S. and Canadian citizenship.

Judy's youngest daughter, responsible for the family and firm's philanthropic commitments through the Halstatt Charitable Foundation.
