Goldacre

Eddie Abrams is Managing Partner at Goldacre, with a background in corporate finance and experience across the technology, media, and telecoms industries. He co-founded and raised financing for three technology companies: YooMedia (2000), a digital interactive media business with consumer-facing services and a public sector information division; FetchTV (2007), a hybrid digital television provider that was acquired in 2012; and Vision360 (2012), a data-focused technology services and consulting firm serving media, healthcare, and knowledge management clients. Vision360 has developed services for private and public sector clients in the UK and internationally.

Andrew Feldman is CEO of UK Strategy and Communications at Teneo, where he manages day-to-day operations and oversees senior client relationships. Previously, he was Managing Partner of Tulchan Communications and a Partner at Macro Advisory Partners advising multinational clients on geopolitical risk. Feldman served as Chairman of the Conservative Party from 2010 to 2016, Chief Executive of the Conservative Party during the 2010 General Election, and held prior roles as a commercial barrister, management consultant at Bain & Co, and CEO of a family textile business. He holds board positions with the Ashmolean Museum, Policy Exchange, the Holocaust Memorial Foundation, and the Conservative Party Foundation, and is a non-executive partner at venture capital firm Hetz. Feldman studied jurisprudence at Brasenose College Oxford, was appointed to the House of Lords in 2010, and elevated to the Privy Council in 2015.

Andrew Lowe is Programme Lead at Goldacre, where since 2025 he has worked on the Goldacre One site development pipeline, managing engagement and evaluation across more than 30 sites in the UK, Germany, France, Italy, Spain and other markets. His prior roles include Founder and Technology Director at DDB in London and Director of Operations at Vision 360 Limited, with 25 years of experience in programme and project management across telecoms, media and enterprise software. His work has involved clients including Sony, the DTI, DHL, Virgin Media, Sky, eir and various NHS Trusts.

Elliot Glausiusz is a Senior Investment Advisor at Goldacre, working in the investment management industry. His areas of expertise include financial structuring, portfolio management, investor relations, and real estate development. He holds a Master of Science in Investment Management from City University Business School.

Geraldine Daly is an Executive Assistant at Goldacre, where she supports a Partner. Goldacre is an investment firm focused on digital infrastructure, specifically data centres, which it builds, owns, operates, and manages.

Sally McCarty is a Finance and Operations Manager at Goldacre with experience in senior accounting roles.
