María Cruz-Conde leads the Impact Analysis and Measurement division at Global Social Impact Investments, an impact fund manager. With over 15 years of experience working with civil society organizations and NGOs across Spain, Latin America, and Southeast Asia, she has developed expertise in sustainability, gender equality, and human rights. In her current role, she assists organizations in developing measurement and strategy frameworks to assess and enhance their social and environmental impact.

Mayte Alonso is the founder of ALEVARE and holds a CFA designation in impact investing. She serves as an independent advisor at Global Social Impact Investments, advising on and raising capital for sustainable and impact-focused business models that prioritize social and environmental challenges. Tugume holds a B.Com in Accounting from Makerere University and an MBA from the University of Nairobi, and has prior experience as an external auditor at PwC and in financial management roles across the coffee and technology sectors.
