Co-founder of Garda in 2016 and CIO of its Fixed Income Relative Value Strategy since 2022, he provides strategic direction for the firm's investments. He previously worked at Black River and Cargill Financial Markets. He is a CFA charterholder with an MBA from the Thunderbird School.

Deputy CIO and head of Garda's Geneva office, he leads the European government bond relative value team. He previously spent over eight years at Barclays Capital as co-head of European government bond trading, with prior roles at Dresdner Kleinwort, Jefferies and Bank of America.

Deputy CIO and head of Garda's New York office, he joined in 2016 as a portfolio manager with over 25 years of fixed income experience across New York, London and Tokyo. He previously spent more than 18 years at JP Morgan, most recently as global head of USD interest rate swaps.

Deputy CIO based in Garda's Geneva office leading the macro relative value team, he has been with the firm since inception and has over 25 years of experience trading macro relative value opportunities.

COO leading Garda's operational functions, he previously served as Deputy COO and as a portfolio manager focused on North American fixed income relative value trading. He joined Black River in 2002 and earlier worked at Cargill and Bain & Company. He holds an MBA from Wharton.

CFO overseeing Garda's financial activities, accounting, tax and reporting, she partners with senior management on business and financial strategy. She previously served as Controller at Black River Asset Management and held operations roles at CarVal Investors.

General Counsel responsible for legal, regulatory and compliance matters, he was previously Garda's Chief Compliance Officer and Deputy General Counsel. Before joining Garda in 2017 he worked at Wayzata Investment Partners and Faegre Baker Daniels, and served as a U.S. Army attorney.
