Alejandra Kopaitic is an environmental engineer with a master's degree in international development, environment, and climate change. She serves as Executive Director of the Chilean Plastics Pact at Fundación Chile, where she leads initiatives focused on circular economy transition for plastics through reuse, recycling, and material reduction in collaboration with industry, civil society, and government stakeholders. Her professional work centers on developing collaborative solutions and sustainable policies that address environmental and economic challenges.

Andrés Labbe is a finance executive with twenty years of experience, ten of which focused on climate finance, blended finance, and energy transition in Latin America. His background includes investment management roles at Celfin Capital and BCI, leadership of a single family office at El Coigüe, and current positions leading green hydrogen investment strategy at ChileGlobal Ventures and serving as alternate executive director of NEMa, a technology hub for new energy development in Magallanes. He holds master's degrees in climate change finance from the University of Edinburgh and in finance from Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez, along with executive certifications in impact investing, blended finance, family office management, private equity, and venture capital.

Arturo Labbé is Director of Corporate Venture at ChileGlobal Ventures, specializing in corporate venturing and open innovation. He has led venture client initiatives, corporate venture capital programs, startup scouting, and pilot management across banking, mining, retail, telecommunications, food and beverage, and industrial sectors. His work involves structuring corporate-startup collaborations through evaluation criteria development, strategic due diligence, internal coordination, and pilot execution with focus on adoption and scaling.

Cecilia Vidal is Director of the Entorno+Circular Program and Sustainability Leader at Fundación Chile. With over 20 years of experience, she designs and oversees complex programs in sustainability, circular economy, and climate action, coordinating across public, private, financial, and international cooperation sectors. She has directed national and multilateral programs funded by domestic and international organizations, managing multidisciplinary teams and broad networks of stakeholders.

Claudia Galleguillos is Director of Net Zero and Nature Positive at Fundación Chile, where she leads sustainable business strategies and advises the private sector on integrating sustainability indicators and reporting mechanisms. Her background includes work at Chile's Ministry of Environment specializing in water resources policy and collaboration between public, academic, and private sectors, as well as direction of national and international initiatives including the 2030 Water Scenarios project and the Blue Certificate program. Her current focus is developing business models oriented toward net-zero economies with nature-positive outcomes, balancing climate mitigation and adaptation.

Francisca Contreras is an Executive Director leading startuplab.01, Chile's scientific-technological hub for deep tech startups supporting ventures across Latin America in biotech, robotics, advanced materials, and climate technologies. With a background in biotechnology engineering and postgraduate studies in business and innovation from Stanford Graduate School of Business, she brings 14+ years of experience in corporate innovation, venture building, and startup scaling across mining, agriculture, and biotechnology sectors. Her work centers on facilitating corporate-startup collaboration, accelerating technology adoption, and enabling strategic decision-making in deep tech ecosystems across Latin America.

Strategic Development and People Manager with a 16-year career at Fundación Chile, a Civil Industrial Engineer who participated in creating ChileGlobal Ventures and the Expande open innovation program.

Gonzalo Moenne is Director of Strategy and Roadmapping for EXPANDE Minería, an open innovation platform at Fundación Chile. He holds a degree in psychology from UC and brings over 30 years of experience in organizational development consulting. In his current role, he has led the development of more than 30 roadmap exercises for mining clients addressing technological innovation and sustainability challenges.

General Manager of Fundación Chile, holding an MSc/MPhil in Sociology from LSE and a psychology degree from PUC Chile. An international consultant with over 20 years in human capital development who has advised the IDB, World Bank, ILO, and UNESCO.

Ignacio Covacevich serves as Executive Director of the Technology Center Magallanes at Fundación Chile. He brings over ten years of experience in port logistics, including work launching a port terminal serving the mining industry and developing logistics, storage, and cargo handling services. He has held operational, administrative, and management positions, and currently serves as General Manager of Empresa Portuaria Austral, a state-owned entity under the Ministry of Transportation that operates three port terminals in the Magallanes and Chilean Antarctica region.

Sustainability Manager since 2023, an economist and public policy expert with over 20 years in energy, sustainability, and environmental management. He previously led the Energy Sustainability Agency and the Ministry of Energy's Energy Efficiency Division.

Iván Cordova is Subgerente de Tecnología at Fundación Chile. He has held management and leadership positions in technology, development, and consulting at multinational companies in insurance, retail, information technology, and venture capital sectors. His expertise spans technology roadmaps, digital transformation, agile methodologies, IT service management, cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, and artificial intelligence and automation implementations.

Communications and Marketing Director, a journalist from PUC Chile with a master's in journalism and digital communication and over ten years at the organization across different periods.

Jeannette Escudero is an Industrial Civil Engineer from the University of Chile with digital marketing certification from Columbia Business School. She serves as Executive Director of Talento Digital para Chile and brings over 20 years of executive experience in commercial and technology roles within the financial sector, with a focus on developing technology strategies, launching digital products and channels, and implementing innovation methodologies.

Karien Volker serves as Subgerente de Economía Circular at Fundación Chile. He holds two patents related to environmental treatment technologies: one for boron reduction in wastewater (ABAR PCT/CL2014/000011) and another for passive treatment of wine and mining effluent (BIOTREAT). His work has been documented in publications addressing electronic waste management, energy efficiency, and sustainable resource practices in Chile.

Legal & Compliance Director since 2012 and Secretary of the Board since 2017, a lawyer with over 25 years of legal and corporate experience who implemented the institution's first Crime Prevention Model.

Luis Sapaj is Director of Circular HR at Fundación Chile. He holds a degree in organizational psychology and postgraduate training in organizational psychology and management, along with a diploma in strategic planning and balanced scorecard methodology. His expertise includes human resources management, strategic consulting, organizational development, labor relations, psycho-labor evaluation, and personnel selection.

Manuel Farias is Director of Technical Education and Training-Labor Trajectories at Fundación Chile. He specializes in social planning, citizen participation, sustainability strategies, and stakeholder engagement for investment projects, with particular focus on supplier development within the social economy. His background includes training in social economics and cooperative business management.

Mining Director and psychologist with a 25-year career largely in mining, focused on open innovation and building science- and technology-based suppliers for the sector. He joined Fundación Chile in 2012.

Business and Finance Manager since 2018 and ChileGlobal Ventures Manager since 2022, a Civil Industrial Engineer with an MBA from Universidad de Chile and an MSc from the University of Rochester. He has tripled the supported startup portfolio and led venture initiatives including the Green Hub debt fund pilot and the Decarb-volution climate accelerator.

Sebastián Burgos holds a commercial engineering degree and MBA, with experience in strategic planning, project evaluation, and business development across corporate and startup environments. At Fundación Chile, he serves as Head of Business Development for ChileGlobal Ventures, focusing on venture capital and impact investment in the circular economy sector. He is fluent in English.

Ulrike Broschek serves as Sub-Manager of Sustainability at Fundación Chile and leads the Water Scenarios 2030 initiative. Her work focuses on strategic management of water resources, wastewater reuse, water accounting, and efficient water use in Chile. She has expertise in water treatment technologies, water planning, energy efficiency, and research and development projects related to sustainable production and consumption.

Human Development Manager since March 2023 and a public policy and human development specialist. She previously served as Chile's Undersecretary of Education (2014-2018) and co-founded Fundación Educación 2020.

Vladimir Glasinovic serves as Director of Foresight and Development at Fundación Chile, where he leads initiatives in innovation, human capital, territorial development, and technology transfer. He has consulted for multilateral organizations including the Inter-American Development Bank, World Bank, UNDP, and UN Women, and has served on the boards of Metro de Santiago and Fundación Cristo Vive Formación Laboral. Glasinovic holds a degree in civil industrial engineering from UC, a master's in international affairs from Columbia University, a corporate governance diploma from UC, and a certificate in innovation management from Aalto University Executive Education.
