Brian Park leads integrated risk management at Fullerton Financial Holdings, working with investee companies on their risk policies, portfolio risk oversight, and governance, and serving as the risk lead for M&A activities. He previously held senior positions including Regional Director of the Group Investment Office at Prudential Corporation Asia, Chairman and CEO of Prudential's consumer finance business in Vietnam, and Senior Risk Director at General Electric Consumer Finance.

Esther Ling serves as principal counsel and Senior Vice President, Legal & Governance at Fullerton Financial Holdings (FFH), where she oversees legal risk management, corporate governance, transactional matters, and M&A legal work for the firm and its investee companies. She previously held leadership roles at ABN AMRO Bank N.V., including Head of Legal for Private Banking and regional/lead counsel for Transition & Integration in Asia.

Wong Kah Peng is Senior Vice President, Finance at Fullerton Financial Holdings, where he oversees FFH Franchise's finance, accounting, and tax functions and works with investee companies on business plans, performance monitoring, and governance. He also leads finance and tax for M&A activities. He previously held leadership roles in the financial industry, including CFO positions at private investment firms and Head of South East Asia Controllers at Goldman Sachs, and began his career at Bankers Trust Company and Barclays Bank.
