Darcy L. Austin serves as Vice President and Director of Client Accounting and Finance at Forest Investment Associates. An accounting professional and business adviser, Austin works primarily with the real estate, technology, and financial services industries, with experience in business process improvement, data analysis, strategic planning, and leadership development. Austin holds an MBA from the Georgia Tech Scheller College of Business.

Garrett D. Jamie R. Ulmer is a Portfolio Manager at Forest Investment Associates, holding the title of Director, Portfolio Management. Ulmer oversees the management and strategic direction of timberland assets for institutional clients, building diversified timber portfolios based on client objectives. A Certified Forester, Ulmer also serves on the firm's Investment Committee.

Ryan P. Reddish is Director, Acquisitions at Forest Investment Associates (FIA), where he leads the firm's acquisition efforts, including the identification, valuation, due diligence, and execution of investment opportunities. He joined FIA in 2010 as a Portfolio Analyst and has focused on acquisitions since 2013, during which the firm closed over $2 billion in timberland transactions across the United States. Reddish serves on FIA's ESG Committee, has chaired the NCREIF Timberland Committee and the Georgia Division of the Society of American Foresters, and holds a Bachelor of Science in Forest Resources and a Master of Forest Resources from the University of Georgia.
