Jeff Lyons has more than 30 years of experience in enterprise software, management, and startups, and is part of the FIC team. He holds degrees in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA from the University of Florida, and has been involved in several company exits and recapitalizations. His work focuses on company strategy, go-to-market planning, and scaling organizations past the startup stage.

Michael Munz is the founder, president, and general partner of Florida Innovation Capital (FIC), and was also its initial investor. He has over three decades of experience across business strategy, investments, government relations, and communications.

Whitney Harper is Co-Founder and Strategic Legal Counsel at ADVOS Strategy and Law, and has served as General Counsel to a private-equity-backed company, advising on multiple mergers, acquisitions, and integrations as well as operational and commercial strategy. She began her career in labor and employment law and general litigation at a Jacksonville firm. Her experience includes the $550M+ sale of a private-equity-owned healthcare company, the $254M sale of a pharmacy benefit management company, and the acquisition of more than 10 ancillary healthcare companies over six years. She also serves as daily legal counsel to Florida Innovation Capital.

Nicholas Danton has 13 years of experience in startups and venture capital, with prior work in consulting, investing, and managing emerging and green technologies. He has advised companies across renewable energy, mining, technology, and consumer goods, and focuses on evaluating investment opportunities and helping entrepreneurs scale.

Tim Stokes has 30 years of experience in the construction and agriculture equipment industry, building on his family's agriculture background to grow and later exit a Bobcat dealership serving construction, rental, agriculture, and related markets. As a General Partner at Florida Innovation Capital, he advises and supports the firm's portfolio companies. He also serves as President of the Nassau County Farm Bureau.

Luisa Amelia Dempere is a faculty member at the Herbert Wertheim College of Engineering at the University of Florida and director of its Research Service Centers (RSC), where she manages a research center with a team and budget. She earned an M.S. and Ph.D. in Materials Science and Engineering from the University of Florida. Her work focuses on STEM research and administration, technology start-ups, and innovation.

Ed Reynolds is a former NFL athlete and co-founder and CEO of Amplio Global, a consultancy firm that works with clients across sports, real estate, entertainment, and the non-profit sector. He serves on the advisory board of Florida Innovation Capital.

Jennifer Languell is the Founder and President of Trifecta Construction Solutions, where she consults on sustainable construction and green building. She holds a Ph.D. in Civil Engineering and Sustainable Construction and has worked on residential, commercial, and large-scale land development projects, as well as advised governments and municipalities on sustainable practices. She serves on the advisory board of Florida Innovation Capital.

Jim Dalton has more than 30 years of executive management and marketing experience leading the Dalton Agency, an international advertising and communications firm with annual revenues over $48 million. His work spans marketing, advertising, operations, strategic planning, financials, communications, and public policy, working with both start-ups and late-stage businesses.

Kevin Hofmann is the owner of the Archmann Group and serves on the advisory board of Florida Innovation Capital. He has experience as a fundraiser for political figures and maintains national governmental and political connections. He is a military veteran.

Neal Harm is the newly announced Secretary General of FCI, the global body for factoring and financing of open account trade receivables. He previously served as Chief Operating Officer of Fintainium and as Managing Director at CIT Commercial Services, and earlier held roles at BB&T including Director of International Banking Services, President of its Factoring Division, and COO of its Commercial Finance business. His background spans domestic and international factoring, asset-based lending, and supply chain finance, with prior positions at GMAC Commercial Finance and Bank of America.

Paul Eason has held academic and administrative roles at the University of North Florida, progressing from adjunct professor to Vice President of Strategy and Innovation. His professional background includes consulting and expert witness work in engineering. He serves on the advisory board of Florida Innovation Capital.

Qass Singh is an investor with experience in equity and real estate investing since 2017, with a focus on financial analytics and networking. He studied Philosophy & Business at Fordham University and has experience managing family wealth. He advises companies on identifying investment opportunities and forming strategic partnerships.

Roger Jones works in the sports industry, focusing on building strategic brand relationships at local, regional, and national levels. He is co-founder and president of Amplio Global, where he leads a team working on sponsorships, investments, negotiations, and marketing strategy, and also serves as an executive consultant at Underdog Venture Team, which works across sports, health, media, and lifestyle. He serves on the advisory board at Florida Innovation Capital.

Shane Kennett is an engineering consultant with expertise in materials science, mechanical metallurgy, and failure analysis, including ferrous metallurgy and microstructural characterization. His experience spans industries such as oil and gas, refineries, power generation, mining, automotive safety, off-road vehicles, surgical devices, medical implants, and microelectronics. He serves on the advisory board at Florida Innovation Capital, where he supports startups through his engineering background.
