Ian Brown is Senior Managing Director, Finance at Hines. His background includes accounting, corporate finance, and real estate.

Elly joined Roynat Equity Partners' Fund of Funds team in 2025, supporting portfolio management, risk measurement and reporting. She previously worked at Bank of Canada, Hazelview Investments and British Columbia Investment Management Corporation.

Andy Tupholme is the CEO and Co-Founder of Cobo, a company launched in November 2017 that provides cryptocurrency management products including the Cobo Wallet mobile wallet, the Cobo Vault cold storage wallet, and Cobo Custody for institutional investors. In 2013, he co-founded F2Pool, a China-based cryptocurrency mining pool, and developed a 24-hour settlement protocol. He also co-founded and served as COO of Yibite, a Bitcoin portal in China, and moderated the Chinese forums BTCMAN and LTCBBS.

Arnu Misra is a Non Executive Director at Finance Yorkshire with over 30 years of C-suite experience across the food and beverages, clothing, leisure, and home improvement sectors. Misra's areas of expertise include retail, strategic planning, financial services, business strategy, and mergers, acquisitions, and exit strategies, and has worked with public, private, and family-owned businesses. Misra completed an Advanced Management Programme at INSEAD.

John Warner is a Non-Executive Director of Finance Yorkshire, where he is involved in establishing a £60m+ gap fund for entrepreneurs in the Yorkshire region, and previously served on its Investment Advisory Panel and as Chairman of the South Yorkshire Investment Fund for over ten years. He retired as Senior Partner at BHP LLP Chartered Accountants in January 2023, having held managing partner roles from 2009 to 2019 during the firm's regional expansion, and continues to advise locally owned SMEs on business strategy, succession and exit planning, and company structures. He is a trustee of Sheffield City Trust and The Children's Hospital Charity and formerly served on the Audit and Risk Committee at Sheffield Hallam University.
