Joined from PIMCO where he was EVP and lead portfolio manager for $17bn of EM strategies, and previously headed EM at Rogge Capital and worked at Harvard Management Company, Moody's and the IMF. Holds a BA from the University of Barcelona and an MA from Johns Hopkins.

Responsible for legal and compliance, with prior experience at law firms Maples & Calder, Turner & Roulstone, Blake Cassels & Graydon and Soloway Wright. Qualified as a lawyer in Canada in 2001, with a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Ottawa.

Fund manager working in asset management and investment banking since 2003, with expertise in banking, insurance, education and healthcare across Saudi Arabia, UAE and Egypt. Previously at EFG-Hermes Asset Management and Mashreqbank. Holds an MBA from IBA Karachi and is a CFA and CAIA charter holder.

Ben Coffaro is Chief Operating Officer at FIM Partners. He has 20 years of experience in structured products, structured funds, and ETFs at tier-one investment banks, where he led functions including product development, platforms, product management, sales, and marketing. His roles have included head or co-head positions covering the EMEA and Asia-Pacific regions, working with private banks, hedge funds, retail, institutional, and corporate clients.
