He holds ownership stakes in industrial operations across agriculture, poultry, transportation, and weighing systems technology sectors, and serves on boards and leadership positions within these companies. As an angel investor, he supports scalable startups through venture capital groups and accelerators, while actively participating in national and international industry conferences and trade shows.

Cesar Fukushima is an economist with executive experience across agribusiness, consumer goods, financial products, and consulting sectors in large national and multinational corporations. He has worked on product development and management, including analytics platforms and AI systems, with exposure to retail markets across 35 countries in Europe, Asia, North America, and Latin America. As an investment committee member and angel investor at FEA Angels, he brings expertise in financial management, strategic planning, and capital raising alongside experience in building and leading international teams.

Daniel M. Almeida is CEO and founder of HorusBI, a business intelligence platform offering data solutions in WhiteLabel and B2B models. He is also founder of AndTec, which provides managed IT services, infrastructure, cloud environments, and IT management services. His background includes expertise in IT infrastructure, particularly Microsoft environments, along with experience in team management and outsourcing contract administration.

Darllan Botega is CEO of Ciclic, a BB Seguros company. He has 25 years of experience in financial markets, with expertise in insurance, retail banking product distribution, customer management, and sourcing and procurement across Brazil. Botega holds an MBA in People Management and Financial Markets, DISC analyst accreditation, and international certifications from SLAC.

Edson Rogerio da Costa is a partner and business advisor at Juruá Assessoria with over 30 years of executive experience in financial markets, including prior roles at Banco do Brasil and Banco Original where he led corporate banking, middle market, and credit expansion functions. He advises growing companies on structuring financial operations, accessing long-term credit, and organizing strategic information for engagement with financial institutions. Juruá Assessoria supports companies through credit structuring, financial planning for expansion, and technical support in capital raising and sustainable growth initiatives.

Edwilson Coutinho is Head of Strategic Finance & Capital Markets at Facio, where he oversees financial planning, debt structuring, and treasury management. With over a decade of finance experience, he works across functional teams on forecasting, budgeting, and funding initiatives aligned with business objectives.

Fabiano Nagamatsu is founder of Moove Hub Technology, a venture studio, and serves as M&A partner at Arbor Cento, advisor to Osten Invest and Osten Games, and board member of Inovativa Hub. He has been an angel investor in 12 startups, established four accelerators, and served as an evaluator on Shark Tank through season seven. Nagamatsu holds a master's degree in innovation, has taught in executive MBA programs since 2007, and authored a book on environmental economics.

Francisco Djalma Luna holds a PhD in Management Information Systems and serves as Consulting Practice Manager at Oracle NetSuite, where he oversees the Advanced Customer Support team across North America and leads the Vertical market segment for Wholesale Distribution, Retail, and Food & Beverage customers throughout the Americas. He brings over 20 years of IT consulting experience implementing Oracle enterprise resource planning systems including PeopleSoft, EBS, and Oracle Fusion for multinational organizations, with prior roles spanning developer, functional consultant, project manager, and services director. Luna holds an MSc in Innovation and MBA in Marketing, is certified in PMP and ITIL, and is fluent in Portuguese, English, and Spanish.

Franco Torres works in alternative assets investor relations at Prana Capital, where he is developing a Fund of Funds vehicle targeting emerging venture capital managers in Latin America, particularly Brazil, with fund sizes below $50 million. Previously, he worked as a private banker and broker for hedge funds and venture capital firms. Torres is also founder of Dorm Made, a marketplace platform designed to facilitate social connections among college students through hosted cultural meal experiences.

Gabriel Peixoto is an engineer, researcher, and technology entrepreneur with expertise in automation, IoT, and distributed control systems. He holds a degree in Control and Automation Engineering from UFMG and completed a master's degree at the Fraunhofer Institute in Freiburg, Germany, focusing on internet-based monitoring and control systems for solar panels. He founded Allig Participações in 2017, a venture builder investing in early-stage companies including Meu Locker, and currently serves as CEO of Meu Locker, which develops smart logistics solutions for urban package storage and distribution.

Gueitiro Matsuo Genso serves as Vice President of Strategy, Innovation, New Business, and Investor Relations at Tupy, where he oversees corporate strategy execution for a multi-geographic industrial operation with facilities in Brazil, Mexico, and Portugal. His focus areas include operational efficiency, margin improvement, financial discipline, and growth in energy, decarbonization, manufacturing services, and innovation. He is a co-founder of AgroCPR, a digital and financial solutions platform for agribusiness, and brings experience in startups, credit markets, and credit analysis.

Gustavo Serafim is founder and CEO of Cockpit One, a data management platform powered by General Finance that aggregates information from ERP systems, CRM software, spreadsheets, and other sources to provide operational visibility to executive leadership. The platform serves companies with complex operations across sectors including real estate development, manufacturing, logistics, and multi-portfolio funds, offering both standardized and customized implementations with consultative onboarding.

Ivan Shiki is a business consultant at SWF Consulting who works with entrepreneurs to analyze business performance through data-driven processes. He conducts structured assessments to identify profitability drivers across products, channels, and pricing, then develops action plans based on financial validation rather than opinion. His work focuses on determining whether businesses should expand, adjust operations, or pivot strategy.

João Tosto is a product leader with experience building AI-native software across B2C and B2B contexts. He founded Startec, a tech recruitment marketplace that grew to 25+ employees and 300 clients, and later led product initiatives at SuperSummary, where he oversaw the mobile app launch and development of a text-to-speech pipeline serving over 5 million monthly readers. Currently serving as Senior Growth Product Manager at RapidSeedbox, he focuses on product-led growth strategies and AI workflow implementation.

Rodolfo Wu is Global Head of Business and Banking Operations at SumUp, where he oversees banking services across 20+ countries and manages operations spanning clearing and settlement, KYC, risk and fraud, and regulatory compliance. With over 12 years in fintech and a background as a commodities trader, he has held roles across operations, product development, and business management, including leadership of teams exceeding 50 members. He holds a B.Sc. degree in Industrial Engineering.
