Laurence Morse is Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Fairview Capital Partners, Inc., where he serves on the investment committee and manages company-sponsored funds. He previously held positions at TSG Ventures, Equico Capital Corporation, and UNC Ventures, and serves on the advisory boards of several private equity partnerships including U.S. Venture Partners, Battery Ventures, and Trinity Ventures. Morse holds a Ph.D. from Princeton University, completed postdoctoral work at Harvard University, and serves on the boards of Princeton University, Webster Financial Corporation, and the Institute of International Education.

Kwesi Quaye was promoted to Partner at Fairview Capital. The announcement referenced his role at the firm, which invests with venture capital firms as well as diverse and emerging managers.

Controller who previously was a Manager at Standish Management and Assistant Controller at Bloom Tree Partners, with earlier roles at Davidson Kempner and EY. Holds a BS in Commerce from the University of Virginia.

Has over a decade of experience in corporate innovation, data-driven management, and social impact partnerships, joining from the World Bank Group. Holds master's degrees from Columbia's SIPA and the Hertie School and a bachelor's from the University of Zurich.

Michele Chow-Tai is a Managing Director of Business Development at Fairview Capital Partners. She was named to Pensions & Investments' 2025 Influential Women in Institutional Investing list.

Peter Ruchwa has held responsibility for financial reporting, fund operations, performance reporting and audits at Fairview Capital Partners since 2007. He previously worked in financial reporting and investment monitoring roles at The Hartford and in corporate finance at United Healthcare. He holds a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Connecticut and an MBA and MS in Accounting and Taxation from the Barney School of Business at The University of Hartford.

Peter Polydor is the Founder and President of Ergo Holdings, a privately held group of companies in the finance and real estate sectors, where he leads the commercial real estate development firm Ergo Properties and the investment arm Ergo Capital. He built and sold his first company in the early 2000s and has since developed the Eureka Building, an innovation campus in California, and founded Accelerate Greece, a not-for-profit accelerator; he also serves as a Professor of Practice in Business at the University of Wales Trinity Saint David. Polydor received his MBA with Distinction from the University of Oxford, Saïd Business School, and has been recognized with the Greek 40 Under 40 and Power 30 Under 30 awards.
