Dana Parker is Managing Director, Data Science at Elion, leading a team that includes data scientists, data engineers, back-end and front-end developers, and product designers. With over 15 years of experience, Parker began on the business side of operations before moving into technology roles spanning system design, data warehousing, analytics, software development, and machine learning. Parker founded the consulting firm White Peak, which grew to a team of more than 12 and was later acquired by Elion Partners.

Daniel Belecen is Managing Director at Elion Partners, where he oversees portfolio construction and fund-level performance and leads the firm's capital markets activities, including debt originations, refinancing, and modifications. Over his career he has arranged more than $5 billion in debt for the acquisition, construction, and refinancing of industrial, multifamily, retail, hospitality, and other commercial real estate assets, and he previously held roles at Meridian Capital Group and Cushman & Wakefield's Debt, Equity and Structured Finance group. He holds an MBA from New York University's Leonard Stern School of Business and a BS in Finance from Yeshiva University.

David Vaisberg is Managing Director, Data Science at Elion, where he leads a team of data scientists, data engineers, back-end and front-end developers, and product designers building specialized technology solutions. He has more than 15 years of experience across data warehousing and analytics, software development, and AI and machine learning, having entered the field from the business side of operations. He previously founded White Peak, a consulting firm that grew to a team of more than 12 and was acquired by Elion Partners.

Jonathan Kotler is Senior Managing Director and General Counsel of Real Estate at Elion, where he serves on the Senior Management Committee and participates in the firm's Asset Management and Investment Committees, overseeing legal services for the firm's affiliated discretionary investments. He previously served as Deputy General Counsel at Empire State Realty Trust, leading in-house work on its real estate transactions, and has more than 13 years of experience in commercial litigation and real estate law. Kotler holds a Juris Doctor from Fordham University School of Law, an MBA in Finance from Fordham University, and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Cornell University.

Mark Smith is Director of Real Estate Investments at Elion Partners, where he focuses on evaluating industrial real estate assets, improving their performance, and identifying value-creation opportunities. He has approximately 15 years of experience in distribution and logistics operations, including a prior role in operations at Amazon, where he led cross-functional teams and managed day-to-day facility operations.

Natasha Shear is Director, Real Estate Investments at Elion Partners, where she focuses on evaluating industrial real estate assets, improving their performance, and identifying opportunities to increase long-term value. She has approximately 15 years of experience in distribution and logistics, including operations roles at Amazon, where she led cross-functional teams and managed day-to-day operations. Her work centers on process design, data-informed decision-making, and applying an operational perspective to real estate private equity.

Regine Elibert is a Senior Real Estate Controller at Elion and holds an MBA. She works with accounting and technology platforms including Yardi, MRI, JD Edwards, GL Insight, FAS, and Argus. Elibert is fluent in French and conversant in Spanish.

Tim Rader is a Senior Construction Manager at Elion Partners, LLC, with experience in commercial construction. His work covers project planning, design management, construction purchasing and administration, and the formation of project teams. He has knowledge of building codes and construction practices, including the interpretation of architectural and MEP drawings, technical procedures, and government regulations.

Senior Associate who was an Associate at Goldman Sachs in the Special Situations / Hybrid Investing team in London, previously in Goldman's FIG banking team in Sydney. Graduate of the University of Sydney with an MIT MBA.
