Investment thesis
The programme supports European deep tech and digital scaleups by offering fundraising services rather than investing directly. Its team helps companies prepare pitch materials and data rooms, connects them with a network of investors across Europe matched to their technology, geography and ticket size, and coaches them through raising rounds. It focuses on five digital priority areas: Digital Industry, Digital Cities, Digital Wellbeing, Digital Tech and Digital Finance. Eligible companies typically have at least €1M in annual revenue or €4M raised, are headquartered in the EU, UK or a Horizon Europe associated country, and are looking to raise €5M to €25M.
