ECE Gruppe is a private Austrian real estate investment group and the core of the Humer Privatstiftung family office, established over 20 years ago. Its main objective is to build and manage a high-quality real estate portfolio in Europe, focusing on commercial and high-street properties, including mid-sized office buildings of 5,000-25,000m² and inner-city buildings in Vienna, Prague and Bratislava. It handles asset management in-house and carries out development and renovation projects for its own holdings. It also makes additional investments such as company stakes, equities and other asset classes, acting as an active investor when it identifies new opportunities.
