Investment thesis

ECE Gruppe pursues a long-term real estate investment strategy centered on commercial and high-street properties across Europe. It focuses on mid-sized office buildings (roughly 5,000-25,000 m2) with multinational tenants, manages assets in-house, and emphasizes sustainability and internationally recognized building certifications. The group also holds inner-city buildings in prime locations in Vienna, Prague, and Bratislava, undertakes project developments and renovations for its own holdings, and maintains land reserves for future expansion. Beyond real estate, it diversifies through company stakes, equities, and other asset classes, acting as an active investor where it identifies new opportunities and can support further development.
