Eagle Venture Studio

Wade Myers is Co-Founder and Chairman of Eagle Venture Studio and has been involved with over 100 startups as a founder, investor, or advisor, focused primarily on B2B SaaS. A former U.S. Army Ranger and combat engineer officer, he holds an MBA from Harvard Business School (Baker Scholar) and previously worked in strategy at Boston Consulting Group. He has built and scaled ventures across fintech, analytics, real estate, and tech-enabled services, with exits to J.P. Morgan, Pitney Bowes, and private equity, and invests through his family office Boldmore Growth Partners and several funds he co-founded, including Eagle Venture Fund.

Alex Petrin is Chief Product Officer at Eagle Venture Studio and a member of its founding team, leading product strategy, UX, analytics, and development across a portfolio of B2B SaaS ventures. He also serves as Chief Product Officer for Profit Inc., Pro-Forma, and CRE Inc. His prior experience includes product leadership at Capital Works (a fintech platform later acquired by J.P. Morgan), product management and financial modeling at Startup Financial Model, and analytical work at Boldmore Growth Partners.

Ben Imoukhuede is the Chief Design Officer of Eagle Venture Studio, leading product design, user experience, visual systems, and front-end execution across the studio's ventures. He joined as a Senior Developer and was promoted to Chief Design Officer in 2023, and previously worked as Lead Developer at OhmsDev and Chief Operations Officer for Schola Club. He holds a Master of Engineering and Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Texas Tech University, with additional product design training from The University of Texas at Arlington.

Clement-Andi C Edet graduated magna cum laude in Computer Science from the University of Dallas, where he was recognized as Outstanding Computer Science Major and inducted into Phi Beta Kappa. His undergraduate research focused on Natural Language Processing, including work on fallacy detection and a co-authored paper on clustering CDR3 sequences using NLP, Word2Vec, and KMeans. He also built and maintained a campus-wide mobile application with the university's Student Affairs office, and works on product and operations at Eagle Venture Studio.

Dustin Logan is Entrepreneur-in-Residence at Eagle Venture Studio, advising founders on strategy, operations, and early-stage growth across B2B SaaS, fintech, AI, and security ventures. He is CEO of Pro-Forma, a financial modeling and planning platform, and has a background in traditional finance, alternative assets, private equity–based RIA due diligence, and residential construction. A University of Georgia graduate, he holds a portfolio of more than 35 early-stage investments.

Joseph McDonald is a Venture Strategy Analyst at Eagle Venture Studio, where he supports early-stage SaaS portfolio companies with product development, financial modeling, and process automation. He also contributes to Eagle Venture Fund initiatives, including authoring its first industry report sizing the Counter Human Trafficking Technology Market. He serves as Chief Research Officer on the executive board of the Patrick Henry Investment Group and has a background in equity research and financial analysis, with studies in economics and business analytics.

Jude Saadoon is the Director of Marketing at Eagle Venture Studio, where she leads brand strategy and marketing for portfolio companies, builds marketing systems, and develops investor narratives. She has over eight years of experience in B2B, SaaS, and AI ventures, and previously helped create enterprise e-learning programs for clients such as IBM, Humana, and Microsoft Azure, as well as launching an AI mentorship-matching platform. Earlier, beginning in 2015, she contributed to the launch of Medisend College and its AAS program.

Julie Bouwens works in an operations and coordination capacity at Eagle Venture Studio, supporting the Chairman and Co-Founders with daily operations, strategic coordination, vendor management, event planning, and workflow. She has prior experience across startups, mission-driven organizations, and small businesses, and earlier worked as a Historic Interpreter for the City of Grapevine. She has lived in England, Malaysia, and Texas before relocating to Colorado.

Kira Martinec is Chief of Staff at Eagle Venture Studio, focusing on operational execution, cross-functional alignment, and executive support across the studio's B2B SaaS ventures, and she also serves as Chief of Staff for portfolio company MythWorx. Before joining the studio, she held roles at Southwest Airlines, JPMorgan Chase, CSG, and Lockheed Martin, and she runs a consulting firm, Innovation Ops Tech Strategies, advising startups and venture studios on operational frameworks and OKR systems. She holds an MS in Human Computer Interaction from Iowa State University and a BA in Management Information Systems from Texas Tech University.

Luana Araco is a Venture & Strategy Analyst at Eagle Venture Studio, where she conducts market research, financial analysis, and ecosystem mapping for AI, SaaS, and emerging-technology ventures, and supports due diligence and founder-investor engagement. She also works with the Pro-Forma team on business development and content strategy for financial modeling products, and with Eagle Venture Fund as a data analyst building research frameworks and dashboards. She previously developed a sustainable product venture, Towel Rescue, through TCU's CREATE Accelerator, competed as a Division I beach volleyball athlete, and studied Finance and Entrepreneurship at Texas Christian University (graduating May 2025).

Megan J. Whitlock is an Entrepreneur in Residence at Eagle Venture Studio and Profit Inc, with over 25 years of national tax experience spanning M&A, partnership transactions, and corporate restructurings. A CPA, she has held senior leadership roles in the national tax offices of KPMG, Moss Adams, and PwC, advising corporate clients, private equity groups, and venture capital funds. She is the CEO and founder of Whitlock Advisory and has worked across energy, manufacturing, real estate, private equity, and emerging technology.

Scott Soutdarany is the Chief Technology Officer of Eagle Venture Studio, where he leads technology strategy, architecture, and engineering across the studio's ventures, and also serves as CTO for Profit Inc. and Pro-Forma. He previously co-founded Legion X Technologies, working on cybersecurity and data intelligence software, and held roles including Senior Software Development Manager at General Motors, as well as technical leadership positions at 3M, Dun & Bradstreet, RFD & Associates, the Texas Department of Insurance, and VESystems. He holds a B.S. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from The University of Texas at Arlington and is an AWS Certified Solutions Architect and Sun Certified Java Developer.

Tawnya Bond is the Entrepreneur-in-Residence for Global Expansion at Eagle Venture Studio, where she supports venture scale-up, international market entry, and strategic global partnerships across the studio's portfolio. Her career spans semiconductors, telecommunications, consumer goods, and construction, and she has led organizations through supply-chain realignments and M&A integrations. She is an entrepreneur, private equity partner, and angel investor, and holds an MBA from the University of California, Irvine, and a bachelor's degree in Strategy and Supply Chain Management from Arizona State University.
