Investment thesis
DFI Labs applies systematic quantitative research to digital assets, building proprietary factor and machine-learning models validated on an in-house back-test grid. It combines this research with signal-generation infrastructure, a low-latency execution router, and real-time risk monitoring. Its strategy suite spans selective long exposure with dynamic hedging (Vision), cross-sectional long-short dispersion harvesting across liquid tokens (Descartes), and cross-venue arbitrage for low-volatility yield (SmartArb). The firm emphasizes institutional-grade governance. It explicitly states it does not provide regulated portfolio management, investment advice, custody, or crypto-asset services directly to investors; regulated portfolio management, where applicable, occurs within an authorised asset-management framework.
