Petr Šíma is the Founder and Partner at DEPO Ventures, a Prague-based pre-seed investment firm operating across the CEE, Baltics, and diaspora markets. Since 2019, the firm has deployed €9M across 60 early-stage companies in sectors including defence, space, fintech, and dual-use technology, with 62% of portfolio companies raising follow-on rounds. He also serves on the board of the European Business Angels Network (EBAN).

Jan Krahulík is the Future Protein Strategy Lead at Bene Meat, a company working in sustainable protein production, and a general partner at Depo Angels funds. He has over a decade of experience in venture funding, project management, and team leadership, including roles at DEPO VENTURES and Grouport.

Michal Ciffra is a partner and co-founder at DEPO Ventures, a Central and Eastern European venture firm investing in technology companies from inception through pre-seed stages, with focus areas including fintech, AI, quantum computing, blockchain, developer tools, and data infrastructure. He is also co-founder of The FinTechers and serves as a board member for portfolio companies.

A lifelong farmer and rancher, Steven supports sourcing and evaluation of new technologies, conducts due diligence, and guides early-stage AgTech companies toward commercial readiness. He holds an MBA from Western Ontario's Ivey School and an MSc from the University of Alberta.
