Co-founder, President and Chief Strategy Officer of Crusoe with a background in oil & gas, geothermal energy, and energy investment banking. He holds a geology degree from Middlebury and an MBA from Oxford, and has received multiple entrepreneurship and leadership awards.

Alon Yariv is VP of Business Development for Crusoe (formerly Atero AI), which he co-founded as CEO. He has experience in deploying Kubernetes services and high-performance computing infrastructure utilizing GPUs and cloud computing. Previously, he led Qubex through its acquisition.

Andrew Sweatman is Vice President of Manufacturing at Crusoe, where he oversees multi-site manufacturing operations for an environmental computing infrastructure company. His career spans high-volume e-commerce, mission-critical facilities, and complex manufacturing and construction projects, with a focus on organizational culture and operational improvement.

Andrew Wee is Vice President of Procurement at Crusoe, where he leads procurement operations. He brings experience in hardware sourcing, contract negotiations, supplier management, and manufacturing across webscale and hardware technology companies, with particular expertise in silicon foundry engineering, ODM, and EMS operations for hyperscale data centers.

Chris Dolan serves as Chief Data Center Officer at Crusoe, an AI infrastructure company. He previously co-founded and led 365 Main, a digital infrastructure provider acquired by Digital Realty Trust. Dolan brings over 30 years of experience in construction and digital infrastructure development to his current role.

Deva Santiago is VP of Talent at Crusoe, where she focuses on recruiting and organizational scaling for early-stage companies. Her prior experience includes building teams at Tailscale, Rippling, Dropbox, Weebly, and Hipmunk. She advises music industry clients on technology investment and partnership strategy, and serves as an advisor with SV Angel and Fuel Capital.

Erwan Menard is Senior Vice President of Product Management at Crusoe, where he leads cloud AI services development. He brings over 20 years of international general management experience across startups and large corporations, with previous roles including CEO of an acquired company and product leadership at Google. His background spans product-market fit and scale-up phases within AI and cloud infrastructure.

Jamey Seely is General Counsel at Crusoe. She has held positions as a general counsel at public companies and at national private law firms, with expertise in securities, board governance, mergers and acquisitions, finance, project development, litigation management, and human resources matters. She is a speaker and author on legal and business topics.

Jamie McGrath is Senior Vice President of Data Center Operations at Crusoe. He has experience in operations management, infrastructure scaling, and mergers and acquisitions, including involvement in a $725 million acquisition of data center infrastructure assets. McGrath has held leadership roles spanning early-stage companies through successful exits.

Jay Maloney is Vice President of Global Sales and Partnerships at Crusoe. He brings 20 years of software sales experience, with a background in building sales teams and developing business growth strategies.

Kyle Zeller is Assistant General Counsel at Crusoe Energy. He previously founded Zeller IP Group, an intellectual property law firm, and CaseRails, a legal-tech startup. His background includes patent prosecution and intellectual property law at King & Spalding, along with a degree in Nuclear Science and Engineering from MIT.

Michael Gordon serves as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer at Crusoe. He brings over 25 years of experience in technology and software operations, with background roles in investment banking focused on mergers and acquisitions and initial public offerings, as well as brand management and marketing. Gordon is a member of the CNBC Global CFO Council and the Tech:NYC Leadership Council.

Sara Axelrod is Vice President of Public Affairs, Government Relations & Sustainability at Crusoe. She has held positions at Fortune 100 companies, leading NGOs, and consulting firms, with expertise in strategy, marketing, crisis communications, and media relations. Axelrod holds an MBA in Sustainability and Corporate Social Responsibility and a degree in Business Analytics from the University of Texas at Austin - Red McCombs School of Business.

Sharieff Mansour is Vice President of Marketing at Crusoe, where he oversees marketing strategy, product positioning, demand generation, and executive communications. He brings over 20 years of experience in marketing, business development, and go-to-market leadership, including previous work at Microsoft, with expertise in AI, data strategy, and scaling businesses across technology sectors. His background spans product marketing, digital strategy, marketing operations, and board-level engagement.

Lee Jacobs is a founding partner and general partner at Long Journey Ventures, a seed-stage venture firm whose capital comes from established technology investors. Alongside his partners, he has backed companies including Uber, SpaceX, Niantic, and Postmates.

Wally Wang is Founding Managing Partner of Scale Asia Ventures, a Silicon Valley early-stage fund focused on AI-driven enterprise software. He was named to Business Insider's Seed 100 list and previously led U.S. tech investments for Fosun International and a multibillion-dollar family office. Earlier in his career he worked on products at Microsoft Bing, Pebble, Misfit, Lattice Engines, and DataVisor. He holds a B.S. in Computer Science from Tsinghua University, pursued Ph.D. studies at NYU Stern, and was a visiting scholar at Carnegie Mellon's School of Computer Science.
