Christian Pensa is General Manager of Criabiz Group, where he oversees an integrated venture and funding ecosystem spanning angel investment, venture capital, and private investment vehicles. He leads Criabiz Angels, a network of over 200 members, and manages private closed funds at Criabiz Capital focused on scale-ups across specialist verticals including health, education, energy, agro, and sanitation. Pensa structures funding models connecting angel investors and venture capital, develops Web3 equity-token frameworks, and invests in U.S. tech equities and digital assets including cryptocurrency and blockchain.

Henriette Krutman holds a master's degree in management from MIT's Sloan School and a doctorate in production engineering from COPPE/UFRJ, along with undergraduate degrees in business administration and law. She serves as governance director at FABP Biotech and holds positions including finance director at the Brazil-Israel Chamber, board member roles at multiple organizations, and co-founder of Healthbiz Venture Builder. Her professional focus areas include innovation management, business mentorship, corporate governance, and active aging, with experience as a judge for various entrepreneurship and innovation competitions.

Inge Weiser Carvalho is founder and managing partner of BdP WASTE, an integrated waste management company, and serves as an angel investor. She has worked in environmental management, human resources, finance, and marketing since 2008, and holds a master's degree in clinical hypnosis with neuro-linguistic programming.

Marcos Carvalho is Commercial and Operations Director at Cw Polímeros. Previously, he was managing partner at Grupo BdP, a four-company environmental consulting group, where he oversaw environmental licensing processes for approximately 500 industrial clients across Bahia and northeastern Brazil between 2008 and 2013. In 2013, he founded BdP Waste to provide solid waste management planning and integrated waste management services aligned with ESG standards.

Maria do Carmo David holds a master's degree in management systems from LATEC/UFF and additional qualifications in health quality management, marketing, and e-business from institutions including Instituto Israelita de Ensino e Pesquisa Albert Einstein, USP, and Ibmec. She spent 35 years at Petrobras before transitioning to roles as partner at Criabiz Ventures and director of Aging2.0 Rio, while maintaining memberships in business mentor and angel investor networks including ABMEN and Anjos do Brasil.
