Investment thesis
Covington Group invests in, manages, and develops industrial and commercial real estate, targeting warehouse, distribution, and manufacturing facilities across the U.S. The firm capitalizes on market dislocations by acquiring undervalued or distressed industrial properties—corporate dispositions, REOs, and vacant assets—in markets with fundamental locational advantages, executing value-add strategies, and re-tenanting them for outsized returns. As a fully integrated owner/operator, it manages a portfolio of roughly 8.4 million square feet and controls over 2,000 acres of development land, primarily in Southern California, designing and building state-of-the-art industrial business parks with a long-term ownership mindset.
