Henrique Guimarães is CEO of Plura powered by Coti, an accelerator school focused on training leaders in entrepreneurial and human-centered methodologies. He previously founded Rota dos Concursos, which received acceleration through 500 Startups and investment from Mario Letelier, Monashees Capital, and Gera Ventures before closing operations. His experience includes advising founders and leading transformation initiatives for organizations, including acceleration programs for 300 teams at Banco do Brasil and 33 traditional companies through the DF Industry Hub.

Victoria Puchalski holds a bachelor's degree in International Relations from the University of Brasília and has worked as a government relations consultant serving multinational companies and associations in the consumer goods and healthcare sectors. Her experience includes engagement between the private sector, National Congress, and the Executive Branch within the Industry and Technology team, as well as roles as a startup accelerator analyst and participant in the "Todas Elas" women's social impact program. She interned at Brazil's Ministry of Foreign Affairs and was active in the Junior Enterprise Movement, focusing on import/export consulting and entrepreneurial development in the Federal District.
