Babak Poushanchi is Founder and Managing Partner of Cota Capital, a San Francisco-based technology investment firm. His career includes roles as Venture Partner at Entrepreneurs Roundtable Accelerator in New York, Co-Founder and Co-Portfolio Manager of Newbrook Capital (a global long/short equity fund), Investment Analyst at Karsch Capital, and Investment Associate at Indosuez Capital. He holds a B.A. in Economics from Northwestern University.

Bobby Yazdani is founder and managing partner of Cota Capital, a firm investing in private and public US-based enterprise technology companies. Before Cota, he invested in technology companies for over 20 years through his family office, Signatures Capital, which he founded in 2006. He founded Saba Software in 1997, taking it public in 2000 and serving as CEO, before it was acquired by Cornerstone OnDemand in 2020; earlier he held R&D roles at Oracle from 1988 to 1997. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in applied mathematics from UC Berkeley.
