Anzarouth joined CSI in 1995 and works with the firm's VMS businesses to identify platform and tuck-in acquisitions and licensing arrangements. He previously held roles at Ascom and IBM and holds engineering and INSEAD MBA credentials.

Kennedy is a corporate director who was previously a tax partner and senior advisor at Bennett Jones LLP. She has served on numerous boards including the Bank of Canada, Alamos Gold and Neo Performance Materials.

Parr has extensive venture and private equity experience with institutions including CMDF, OMERS and CPP. She is currently a Managing Partner at Cross-Border Impact Ventures and President of Crimson Capital, and previously served as a CSI director from 1995 to 2003.

Noble joined CSI in 1999 and has held CFO and senior M&A roles across head office and operating groups; since 2021 he leads the Large VMS Investment Group. He is a CPA(CA) and took a sabbatical to co-found a startup between 2019 and 2021.

Baksh joined CSI in 2003 as Controller of the Jonas Operating Group and now serves as CFO, having previously held senior finance roles across Jonas and Constellation. He is a Certified Management Accountant with a math degree from the University of Waterloo.

Billowits, board chairman, previously served as CEO of CSI's Vela Operating Group, CFO of Constellation and President of the Jonas Club division, and earlier held roles at Bain, Dell and PwC. He also sits on the boards of Togetherwork and Topicus.com.

Schultz joined the board in 2021 and has over thirty years in software and technology, including serving as President and CEO of Galvanize until its 2021 sale and various executive roles at Sage. She is also a director of Lumine Group.

Cunningham joined the board in 2017 and is a corporate governance expert, serving as Presiding Director of the Weinberg Center at the University of Delaware and Professor Emeritus at George Washington University. He is also a director of Markel Group.

Dennison joined CSI in 2001 within the Volaris Operating Group and moved to head office in 2007. He previously worked in Bombardier Aerospace's law department and holds an LL.B. from the University of Toronto.

Miller has worked with CSI and Volaris Group for over 30 years and co-founded Trapeze Group in 1988, CSI's first acquisition. He focuses on developing leaders and acquiring companies, and serves on several boards including Lumine Group, Modaxo, ventureLAB and VoxCellBioInnovation.

Kittel joined the board in 2013 and is President of Saranac Capital, previously serving as COO of Westaim and as a partner and portfolio manager at Goodwood Inc. He is a Chartered Professional Accountant and CFA charterholder.
