Colleen McCreary is Chief People Officer and Head of Internal Technology at Confluent. She is a C-suite executive with over two decades in the technology industry, including 15+ years as a CHRO/CPO, and has led organizations through two IPOs and three multi-billion-dollar acquisitions across private and public companies. Her experience spans consumer, fintech, and SaaS businesses, with additional leadership in corporate communications, business operations, IT, and M&A integration, and includes extensive international expansion across Europe, India, and China.

Max Kardon is Senior Manager of Sales Strategy & Operations for the Americas Digital Native segment at Confluent. He previously worked in venture capital and management consulting, and focuses on go-to-market strategy, sales operations, revenue forecasting, and pipeline management for SaaS companies. His work spans territory planning, sales process optimization, performance analytics, and cross-functional alignment between sales, revenue operations, and finance teams.

Neha Narkhede is a co-founder of Confluent, where she served as Chief Technology and Product Officer before moving to the board of directors, and is one of the original creators of Apache Kafka, developed during her time as an engineer and streams infrastructure lead at LinkedIn. She is currently Co-Founder and CEO of Oscilar and also works as a startup investor and advisor.
