Janne Nuutinen is Co-Founder and CEO of ConduitIMPACT, the impact investment arm of Singapore-based Conduit Group, where he works with family offices, foundations, corporates and investors to identify and structure climate, energy transition and circular economy projects across Asia-Pacific. With over 25 years of experience in corporate finance, international business development, renewable energy, real estate and project development, Nuutinen previously co-founded RiverRecycle, which developed solutions to reduce plastic pollution in rivers while creating economic opportunities for local communities. His current focus areas include renewable energy, circular economy, sustainable infrastructure, blue economy and blended finance.

Paul Durrant is co-founder and CEO of Conduit Group, a Singapore-based agency-only execution broker that serves private wealth and asset management clients. The firm specializes in global equity and fixed income products.

Philip Chew is Chief Executive Officer of Conduit Securities Pte Ltd, part of Conduit Group, an independent financial firm that combines investment banking and wealth management services. The firm operates with a family office heritage and focuses on wealth creation and multi-generational stewardship by connecting clients to an institutional network.

Field Pickering is Managing Partner of Digital Assets and Private Markets at Conduit Group. Pickering has held roles as Chief Commercial Officer and Chief Legal Officer, with experience in digital assets and venture capital.

Neil Ware serves as Group Chief Financial Officer at Conduit Group, where he has built the firm's finance and operations infrastructure from inception through to approximately $1 billion in assets under management across multiple jurisdictions. His background includes over a decade of trading experience in banking, along with operational and management roles across Switzerland, Singapore, Japan, and the UK in asset management and banking sectors. He has established reporting, finance, operations, and risk functions across multiple geographies and serves on the company's executive committee.
