CI Nicaragua operates a startup incubation program aimed at multidisciplinary teams that have an innovative technology-based idea and are willing to grow into emerging companies. The program supports solutions that contribute to the Creative Economy model promoted by the Nicaraguan government, focusing on the development of digital technologies. It uses a workflow combining three methodologies in a feedback loop designed to improve the teams' products or services while also building their soft, technical, and technological skills so they can establish themselves as reference startups in their home regions. Each semester the program runs a call to support roughly 20 to 30 participants forming multidisciplinary teams.
