COF is a US$50m, 10-year private equity fund targeting the Southern Caribbean (Guyana, Trinidad & Tobago, Suriname). It aims to help these oil-influenced economies transition toward sustainable, ESG-aligned SMEs, investing in sectors such as construction, IT, consumer products, financial and professional services, medical and health services, education, agriculture/food security, and renewable energy services. The fund explicitly excludes oil & gas and high-carbon industries. It targets companies with EBITDA of US$200k-1m, deploying tickets of US$1-5m, and expects investees to have potential for roughly 20% CAGR over a decade.
