Started his career in treasury at the Strabag holding, then worked as a controller at Metro Holding Hungary and Diageo before becoming lead controller at Bonitás 2002 Kft. He took part in several acquisitions in Hungary and abroad, became managing director of Bonitás 2002 Zrt. in 2009 and CEO in 2015, and has chaired the Bonitás fund manager's board since 2014.

Brings broad M&A and venture capital experience, having taken part in more than 25 venture and acquisition transactions on the investor side over the past decade. He joined Bonitás in 2016, became a board member in 2020, and deputy CEO in 2023.

Has 11 years of management experience at international companies including Arthur Andersen, Citibank, Citroen and OMD, and worked as an M&A advisor and investment director involved in roughly two dozen investments. He has been investment director at Bonitás since 2013.

Has significant corporate finance expertise with experience in financial modeling, valuation, transactions and financial management for venture investments, and previously led a fund manager as top executive. He joined Bonitás in 2022 in the private equity area.

Holds a degree in business organization and worked as an analyst at the Hungarian National Bank. With five years of venture capital experience, he first joined Bonitás in 2019.

Worked in corporate finance and investment banking at General Electric and Citi, then in business consulting at KPMG, and as a risk manager in the energy sector at ELMŰ Zrt. He joined Bonitás as an analyst in November 2020.

Began her career as an accounting lead at a research institute, spent over ten years as chief accountant at OTP Értékpapír Rt., and another ten years as back office director at OTP Ingatlan fund manager. She joined Bonitás in August 2020.

Has nearly twenty years of finance and accounting experience in the private sector, covering HR, taxation, risk management and bookkeeping, most recently as a business accountant at a multinational trading company. She joined Bonitás as financial coordinator in September 2021.

Earned a master's degree in corporate finance management at BBTE in Cluj, then worked as a controller for a company group's technical operations division. With over 8 years as a private financial-market investor in Romanian, EU and US markets, he joined Bonitás as an analyst in September 2021.

A marketing economist with a master's degree and several years of marketing experience, she joined Bonitás as an analyst in 2022.

Hunor Kovács is an Investment Analyst at Bonitás Asset Management, specializing in capital markets, investments, banking, and finance. He has more than eight years of experience investing in the Romanian and global capital markets, including stock trading, analysis, and portfolio building. His experience also covers financial certificates, stock indices, and commodities trading.
