Arunabha oversees portfolio management, loan operations and servicing, and construction loan management for BlueHub Loan Fund. He previously served as Deputy Director of the Mutual Housing Association of New York.

Ashley leads strategic partnerships and place-based workforce development initiatives for One Percent for America. She previously led strategic growth for Best Buy's social impact initiatives.

Autumn leads BlueHub's public relations, government relations, marketing and brand management and oversees the One Percent for America citizenship loan program. She previously was a VP at Northwind Strategies.

Betsy develops and scales BlueHub Loan Fund's climate lending strategy, creating loan products for climate resiliency in low-income communities. She previously was managing director of offtake at BlueWave.

Connie leads BlueHub's credit function, overseeing underwriting, portfolio management, credit policy and New Markets Tax Credit allocations. She previously was VP of Green Lending at Enterprise Community Partners.

Cynthia leads the One Percent for America digital marketing program and platform, drawing on over 25 years of product management and digital marketing experience with major brands.

Damary is a primary point of contact for One Percent for America clients, guiding them on loan products and account management. She previously worked as a Document Control Associate at State Street Corporation.

Dan collects documentation and processes files for underwriting and prepares loan documents. He previously spent nine years as a Senior Title Officer at First American Title Insurance Company.

DeWitt (Dick) Jones was BlueHub's first employee and a leadership team member from 1985 to 2025, later advising on climate lending and serving as President of BlueHub Energy. He was a founding member of Opportunity Finance Network.

Matt works across financial management and accounting functions including budgeting, investments and reporting, drawing on over 40 years in financial services and real estate. He previously worked at FleetBoston Financial.

Elisabeth markets, structures and underwrites community development loans for a range of nonprofit and community projects. She previously directed operations and finance for a City of Boston workforce initiative.

Emily leads grants management, investor compliance, impact reporting and BlueHub's Impact and New Markets Tax Credit programs. She previously directed Community Capital of Vermont.

Erin helps execute BlueHub's external relations goals, maintaining the website, coordinating social media and supporting investor relations. She previously worked in Clark University's Marketing and Communications Office.

Fortunatus manages debt capital provision to a nationwide portfolio of borrowers, focusing on affordable housing, charter schools and community health centers. He previously was Director of Capital Markets at JLL.

Galina leads loan closing and disbursement processes and oversees the construction financing portfolio for BlueHub Loan Fund. She previously worked as a Construction Services Specialist at Great Southern Bank.

Hana works with Loan Fund leadership to execute strategic initiatives, managing cross-cutting projects and optimizing processes. She previously was Executive Project Manager at MassHousing.

Jackie oversees the strategic and operational financial management of BlueHub Capital, leading financial reporting, budgeting, audits, tax, accounting, forecasting and fundraising. She previously served as CFO at Sense Labs and other companies ranging from startups to public firms.

Jordan ensures compliance with external requirements for grants, loans and investments. He previously worked at the US Department of Energy and USDA Rural Development Office.

Justin oversees residential property purchases and legal/title work for BlueHub SUN. He previously practiced consumer bankruptcy law representing debtors in Chapter 13 and Chapter 7 cases.

Karen leads BlueHub Loan Fund, overseeing over $100 million in annual lending and a $1.2 billion portfolio of community development loans. She previously served as LISC Boston's executive director and deputy director at MassHousing.

Kay oversees general accounting and treasury activities for BlueHub, delivering financials for compliance, investor reporting, audits and tax. She previously was corporate controller for Divert, Inc.

Lisa was BlueHub's CFO for 19 years and now consults on financial management, investor relations and compliance. She previously was CFO of a publicly traded company with $300 million in revenues.

Lorraine guides applicants through the underwriting phase of BlueHub SUN's foreclosure relief program, reviewing applications and assessing needs. She has over 25 years of mortgage industry experience.

Macayla supports loan closing and funding processes and reviews construction requisitions for BlueHub Loan Fund. She previously worked as a Lead Loan Specialist at the USDA.

Mallory oversees all HR functions and facilities management at BlueHub, developing policies for talent acquisition and employee engagement. She previously was Director of HR at Selux Diagnostics.

Mariel manages client relationships for BlueHub SUN, assisting homeowners and Spanish-speaking clients. She previously spent 18 years as a Mortgage Loan Coordinator at Marriott Vacation.

Michele supports HR functions and administrative operations at BlueHub. She previously worked at the Boston Foundation as an Administrative Coordinator.

Mike markets BlueHub Loan Fund to borrowers, underwrites loan requests and conducts portfolio management, focusing on community facilities and New Markets Tax Credit structures. He has been with BlueHub since 1996.

Monica oversees technology management and implementation at BlueHub, managing day-to-day IT and strategic initiatives. She previously served as VP of IT at a public interest environmental law organization.

Natalie manages web page creation, QA and email/ad campaigns for the One Percent for America website. She owns a video production business and previously served as Digital Communications Manager at BAMSI.

Natasha is the first point of contact for BlueHub Capital, handling incoming calls, visitors and general office support, with over 15 years of customer service experience.

Nicole leads institutional fundraising for One Percent for America, building a pipeline of corporate partners. She previously was Director of Advancement at Lowell Catholic.

Olga defines and analyzes key operational and financial metrics to support organizational goals. A CPA, she previously was finance director at Linden Ponds and worked at Bank of Boston and Ernst & Young.

Rachel cultivates relationships with funders and oversees investor relations processes, with over 15 years of experience in business development and fundraising. She previously was Director of Investor Relations at Root Capital.

Roberto provides frontline technical support for BlueHub staff and advances technology projects. He previously was a Senior IT Support Analyst at Harvard Business School.

Ron manages debt capital provision to a nationwide borrower portfolio focused on affordable housing, charter schools and community health centers. He previously was Program Director of Economic Development at New Jersey Community Capital.

Sambhavy monitors the financial performance of a loan portfolio and works on process improvements for the Loan Fund. She previously worked with the US Embassy's Book Bus program in Nepal.

Santiago facilitates the lending process and manages client interactions for One Percent for America, also serving as an in-house resource on immigration and citizenship. He previously led a lending team in BlueHub's foreclosure relief program.

Saralyn manages digital content and campaigns for One Percent for America, driving growth and engagement. She has over a decade of digital marketing experience, most recently leading campaigns for Philips.

Shelley manages procedures and internal controls for commercial transactions and closes and funds loans for BlueHub Loan Fund. She previously spent seven years as a portfolio manager at South Carolina Community Loan Fund.

Thaïna monitors the financial performance of a loan portfolio and contributes to process improvements. She previously managed risk for a large loan portfolio at the Housing Partnership Network.

Tony is a member of BlueHub's Communications team, managing SEO, website content, email marketing, graphics and video. He previously worked in communications at Indiana State University.

Yulia builds and scales BlueHub's data infrastructure, extracting insights from complex financial datasets. She brings over 15 years of data experience and previously worked at the MBTA.
