Sanez previously served as global head of marketing for a Web3 startup and held a corporate strategy role in the telecommunications industry, with earlier media work in esports, digital content, OTT product development, and organization architecture. Prior experience includes a decade of independent consulting in digital business development and sales, alongside marketing roles for two music startups spanning talent management, tour management, and international concert production.

Lilian Teo is a fractional CFO and finance leader with over 20 years of experience across multinational corporations, government-linked companies, and startups in sectors including power, e-payments, fintech, crypto, and Web3. As founder of Ledger 23, Teo provides CFO services and founder wealth management, with expertise in finance and treasury building, capital strategy, governance, fundraising, acquisitions, token economics, and multi-jurisdiction structuring. Teo also serves as a board advisor and executive coach, and holds MAS licensing to provide wealth management and financial planning services to individuals and business owners.

Max Li serves as Chairperson of the Technology and Innovation Committee at Blockchain International Alliance and has over 15 years of experience in enterprise AI strategy and infrastructure deployment. His work includes solutions implemented in more than 2 billion Qualcomm Snapdragon chips and over 75 million Qualcomm automotive systems, and he holds a portfolio of more than 200 patents. He has established partnerships with organizations including Seagate, Dell Technology, Binance, Lenovo Image, and the NSF eCAT Center.
