Jon Younger is Principal at JC Younger PhD LLC and works as a coach and advisor to early-stage companies. His career has spanned roles as a social psychologist, HR executive, and entrepreneur, including co-founding the consulting firms Novations Group and RBL with partners such as Norm Smallwood and Dave Ulrich, and later work as an investor, board member, and Forbes journalist focused on the freelance sector. He co-authored five books, including "HR Transformation," "HR From the Outside In," and "Agile Talent," received his PhD from the University of Toronto, and has lectured at institutions including the University of Michigan, the Indian School of Business, and Wharton.
