Investment thesis
RevUp Capital invests in early-stage B2B and B2C companies that are in-market and generating $500K-$3M in annual revenue, targeting growth toward $10-15M. Rather than taking equity, the firm uses a non-dilutive model that pairs capital with hands-on operational support from an in-house growth team, aiming to help founders build scalable infrastructure while preserving equity, optionality, and autonomy. The firm places explicit emphasis on backing founders outside networks of privilege — including women, Black and brown founders, first-generation Americans, and those in rural or non-major-metro geographies — believing these companies outperform their peers.
