Jim Bernhard was a Founder and Partner of Bernhard Capital Partners, where he chaired the Investment Committee, served on the Portfolio Committee, and was involved across the firm's investment activities. Before founding Bernhard, he started the Shaw Group in 1987 and led it as CEO, President, and Chairman for over 25 years, building it into a global energy services firm. He held a B.A. in Construction Management from Louisiana State University and passed away in November 2025.

Chris Dillon is a Partner at BCP, where he sits on the firm's Investment Committees and participates across its investment activities.
