Richard Byrne is President of Benefit Street Partners, a credit and real estate investment firm and subsidiary of Franklin Resources, Inc., and serves as Chairman and CEO of Franklin BSP Capital Corporation and Chairman of Franklin BSP Realty Trust, Inc. Before joining the firm in 2013, he was CEO of Deutsche Bank Securities, Inc. and Co-Head of Global Capital Markets at Deutsche Bank, and previously held roles at Merrill Lynch & Co. including Global Co-Head of the Leveraged Finance Group and Global Head of Credit Research. He holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a BA from Binghamton University, serves on the boards of Wynn Resorts, Limited and New York Road Runners, and is the founder and CEO of KASAI Elite Grappling Championships

Chi-pa Choi is a Managing Director at Benefit Street Partners, where the role covers investment risk and portfolio analytics, leading a European data analytics team serving multiple credit classes. Prior experience includes debt capital origination at JPMorgan Chase and synthetic CDO structuring and marketing at JPMorgan Chase and Morgan Stanley. Choi also founded and ran a consultancy focused on risk and data, delivering data analytics and automation for financial services clients across areas including regulatory requirements, transaction banking, and data leaks.

Chris Barris is a Portfolio Manager for High Yield and Multi-Credit strategies at Benefit Street Partners. He manages global high yield, bank loan, and multi-credit portfolios, including public mutual funds and separately managed accounts.

Co-Head of BSP's U.S. CLO platform, focused on disciplined credit selection, active portfolio management, and consistent execution.

Nicolas Besson is a Managing Director in Private Credit at Benefit Street Partners, with 18 years of experience in private debt. His work spans pan-European restructuring and special situations, credit underwriting, execution, and portfolio management, with particular experience across France, the UK, Germany, and Spain. A CFA charterholder, he has served as a non-executive board member on selected transactions and is fluent in five languages.

Chloé Bessières is Head of Investor Relations at Chequers Capital, a private equity firm active in buyout, growth, and fund of funds strategies. She also serves as Co-Chair of the Investor Relations committee at France Invest.

Uwe Gleitz is a Managing Director at Benefit Street Partners, where he leads Investment Risk and a European data analytics team covering a range of credit classes.
