Anthony Hooper is the retired executive vice president of Amgen Inc. and serves as an independent director for BeiGene Ltd., MannKind Corporation, Amplity Health, and Lykan Biosciences. He is a board member of the American Institute of Stuttering, where he received the "2008 Freeing Voices, Changing Lives" Award alongside Joe Biden, and the Impact Young Lives Foundation. Hooper holds law and MBA degrees from the University of South Africa.

Clare Fisher is President and Portfolio Manager, Public Equity at Ally Bridge Group, where she invests in commercial- and development-stage public SMid-cap and private healthcare companies and advises them on corporate strategy, business development, investor relations, and capital markets. She previously worked as a life sciences strategy consultant and a sell-side biotech equity research analyst. Fisher trained as a clinical pharmacist and earned a PharmD through St. John's University's accelerated six-year program.
