AwakenAngels is a women-led syndicate aiming to democratise angel investing for Irish-connected women worldwide. It combines education (through its AwakenAngels Academy), community and curated deal flow so that both new and experienced angels can invest on a deal-by-deal basis. The syndicate backs pre-seed, women-founded businesses, many of which are impact-led with a global outlook, and supports founders in becoming investor-ready. It also offers sponsored first-time-angel memberships via partners such as the British Business Bank and InterTradeIreland, and a 'Learn Only' option for those wanting to understand angel investing.
