Karola Szatmári-Philips is a Managing Director at ASIF Ventures focused on early-stage investing. She holds a degree in International Business Administration from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and has experience in founder support, deal sourcing, and due diligence. Her background includes leading student teams and driving strategic initiatives within the venture capital and startup ecosystem.

Aadithya Sumod works in investments and deal flow at ASIF Ventures, focusing on pre-seed fintech ventures. He holds a Master's in Finance from the University of Amsterdam and previously worked at Tap Invest developing investment proposals and pitch decks, as well as at Nomura Research Institute consulting on market entry and investment strategy across Asia-Pacific. He studied at Shri Ram College of Commerce.

Antonio Garrone Dalo is a data science intern at Wildlife Studios and a double bachelor's degree student in econometrics and data science at the University of Amsterdam. His academic focus bridges economic theory and practical applications of data science.

Filip Szturo is Co-Founder of AISO and Fund Operations Director at ASIF Ventures, where he works with early-stage companies. A Business Administration and Finance student at Universiteit van Amsterdam from Wroclaw, Poland, he has ranked among top Polish students in national economic and entrepreneurship competitions.

Matthew Bebb holds a BSc in Finance from Durham University and is pursuing an MSc in Quantitative Finance at the University of Amsterdam. He works as a quantitative research consultant at SEFA and as an investment analyst at ASIF Ventures, where he conducts financial analysis, market research, and founder due diligence for venture evaluation, as well as financial modeling and market sizing for client strategy projects.

Zhuoran Shi holds an MSc in Communication Science from the University of Amsterdam and works as a Marketing Staff member at ASIF Ventures. His background encompasses digital marketing, content strategy, and visual design, with expertise in photography and visual communication across Chinese and English-language markets.
