Samuel has deep experience in complex financing, having led corporate and real estate lending at a Swiss fintech, built a Swiss debt and capital advisory team, and worked in corporate finance at a major Swiss bank. He holds a Master's in banking and finance from University of St. Gallen (HSG).

Extensive experience in M&A transactions and corporate finance advisory from roles at a top-tier investment bank in London and international consulting firms. Also teaches Applied Valuation at the University of St. Gallen. Holds a Ph.D. and Master's in Finance, and is a Chartered Financial Analyst.

Semir has extensive M&A and corporate finance advisory experience, having worked at a top investment bank in London and advisory firms in Switzerland. He lectures on applied valuation at the University of St. Gallen and holds a PhD from HSG, a Master's in Finance from University of Mannheim, and the CFA designation.

Anna specializes in real estate valuation, fund and asset management across institutional portfolios. She previously worked in the Real Estate team at AXA Investment Managers Switzerland and holds an MSc in Real Estate Management from HfWU Nuertingen.

Nina serves on Artemon's advisory board and works at an institutional asset manager in Zurich. She has expertise in real estate financing and valuation and previously built and managed a large real estate loan portfolio at a Swiss fintech. She holds a BSc from University of Zurich.

Sonja has 26 years of experience across financial institutions in Switzerland, New York and Hong Kong, spanning corporate banking, wealth management and leadership. She holds a Bachelor's in Controlling from HWZ Zurich and is a CFA and CAIA charterholder.
