Afreximbank is a multilateral development-oriented trade finance bank focused on financing, promoting and expanding intra-African and extra-African trade. It provides trade finance, project and infrastructure financing, syndicated loans, guarantees, factoring, insurance and lines of credit to banks, corporates and governments across Africa and the Caribbean (CARICOM). The Bank supports industrialization, export development, food security, energy, healthcare, creative industries and digital trade, and operates programmes such as the Intra-African Trade Fair, PAPSS payment system, and the Fund for Export Development in Africa (FEDA). It works to advance the African Continental Free Trade Area (AfCFTA) and African economic sovereignty.
