Alison Trewartha is a Partner and the Chief Legal and Compliance Officer at Aermont, which she joined in 2008. Gustaf Breitholtz is a Director on Aermont's Acquisitions and Asset Management team, joining in 2024. He previously worked as a Vice President at Northwood Investors, a US-based real estate private equity firm, and before that on Värde Partners' European Real Estate team in London and Madrid. He began his career as an investment banking analyst at J.P. Morgan in London and holds a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from Lund's University.

Juan Ramón Manzanaro is a Managing Director on Aermont's acquisitions and asset management team. Before joining in 2012, he worked as an Associate at the law firm Allen & Overy in Madrid, having begun his career as an Associate at Ashurst. He holds a Master of Science in Spanish Law and Business Administration from Universidad Pontificia Comillas de Madrid.

He holds a degree in Computer Science & Management from Loughborough University.

Tommaso Canali is an Associate on the acquisitions and asset management team, having joined the firm in 2024. He previously worked as a London-based Associate in Torch Partners' Software, Data & Analytics and Tech-Enabled team.
