Gabriel Allasia is President and Investor at ADDventure, an angel investment community in Latin America that has backed over 20 startups. Previously, he served as Vice President at Globant, where he led regional expansion and managed M&A due diligence and integration across multiple markets. With over 25 years in technology and corporate development, Allasia has executed M&A strategies across companies in Latin America, the US, and Europe, and currently advises early-stage founders while promoting digital entrepreneurship through Junior Achievement Córdoba.

Gabriel Florensa is a General Partner and Managing Partner at Meet Capital, where he focuses on business development in Latin America. He serves as Chair of Vistage Argentina Group #309 and works with technology entrepreneurs and SME business owners. With nearly a decade of experience in investment and mentorship, Florensa has concentrated on B2B business models, particularly in the SaaS sector.

Gisela Veritier is President of CLADEA (Consejo Latinoamericano de Escuelas de Administración), a regional association of business schools. She holds an economics degree and MBA, and is pursuing a PhD. Her prior leadership experience includes serving as Dean of ICDA Business School at the Catholic University of Córdoba and as President of Junior Achievement of Córdoba, and she currently serves on the board of the International Association of Jesuit Business Schools.

Leandro Srur is Co-Founder and Chief Strategy Officer at Core BI. He holds an MBA and has over 15 years of experience in digital analytics and data strategy, working with major Latin American companies across financial services, telecommunications, retail, consumer packaged goods, pharmaceuticals, utilities, and healthcare sectors. His expertise spans data collection architecture, governance, visualization, machine learning, and data science solutions for sales, accounting, customer care, marketing, and operations functions.

Leonardo Perassi is a partner and founding member of PyP Contadores since 2014, where he oversees audit, accounting advisory, and process consulting projects across various sectors. He previously spent 18 years at PwC Argentina, including 11 years as Senior Manager in the audit department leading teams and advisory engagements for major economic groups. He has taught audit-related courses at multiple Argentine universities since 2005 and serves as president of the Advisory Commission on Standards and Technical Principles at the Professional Council of Economic Sciences of Córdoba Province.

Luis Bermejo is co-founder and managing partner of ALAYA Capital Partners, a venture capital fund investing in technology companies across Latin America and the USA. He is also co-founder of PLANOUX, a business development consulting firm, and co-founder of ADDVENTURE, a business angel club and academy. Bermejo serves on the board of Endeavor and has held senior management positions at Ernst & Young Paris, JG Ventures Argentina, and HP/EDS Argentina, along with an economics degree from the National University of Córdoba and an MBA from the Catholic University of Córdoba and Montpellier Business School.

Omar Vega is co-founder and director of VATES, a nearshore software development and staff augmentation firm founded in 1991 that employs over 600 IT engineers serving clients including IBM, Intel, and Thomson Reuters. He is also a partner at ALAYA VC, a venture capital firm investing in early-stage technology companies across Latin America, the United States, and Chile. With 25 years in the software industry and prior experience in telecommunications, Vega holds leadership positions including Vice-President of the Argentine Chamber of Information Services Companies and Secretary of the Science, Technology and Innovation Department of the Argentine Industrial Union.

Rafael Ibañez serves as Chairman at Hendercross and works as an investor and advisor across multiple technology-based ventures. His experience spans cloud computing, software development, QA services, and digital transformation strategies, with particular focus on fintech, telecommunications, insurance technology, intelligent transportation, and healthcare sectors.

Evangelina Rastelli is Executive Director of Addventure, an angel investor community in Latin America. She has spent years developing open innovation initiatives, venture capital programs, and ecosystem-building efforts across the region, during which she designed and coordinated programs, supported hundreds of startups, and facilitated partnerships between corporations and startups. At Addventure, she leads efforts to facilitate angel investments, train investors, and connect quality opportunities with investors interested in supporting regional startup growth.

Sergio Asis is an angel investor and advisory board member at Endeavor Argentina's Córdoba office, specializing in agtech investments with environmental and sustainability focus. He brings over 25 years of experience in consumer goods companies, including roles as General Director of Arcor Brazil managing multiple manufacturing facilities and Finance Director, alongside participation in executive committees and boards of directors. He currently mentors startups and invests in agtech ventures while operating his own agricultural activities to test emerging technologies.

Silvina Parra serves as Director of Operations at Familia PARRA, where she manages process improvement projects for the company.
