Chris Tokarski is Managing Partner at ACORE Capital, a non-bank commercial real estate lender he co-founded with three other partners and which has completed over $60 billion in lending transactions. He has approximately 30 years of experience in commercial real estate spanning lending, equity investing, capital raising, and asset management, and previously served as head of credit at Starwood Property Trust and as Chief Credit Officer and Managing Director at Countrywide's commercial real estate finance business. Earlier in his career, he was a partner at Coastal Capital, where he focused on distressed debt acquisitions and restructuring.

Adele Fairman is Managing Director and Head of Construction Loan Administration at ACORE Capital. Her areas of expertise include asset management, operational risk programs, loan administration and process controls, commercial real estate due diligence covering environmental, construction, and engineering services, vendor and third-party risk management, and policy development. She also has experience in staff management, training, and project management.

Brent Wagner is a Managing Director in Asset Management at ACORE Capital. His work in commercial real estate and finance covers asset management, loan workouts and restructures, underwriting, valuation modeling, and financial analysis. He also has experience with REO property repositioning, lease negotiation, due diligence, and site inspection.

David Ruiz is a Managing Director at ACORE Capital. His work has focused on process and infrastructure development for growing businesses across the software, start-up, financial services, and commercial mortgage industries. Marla Radford is Managing Director of Asset Management at ACORE Capital. Her areas of focus include loan review and administration, commercial real estate and construction loan documentation, covenant and insurance compliance, escrow and reserve analysis, quality control, and third-party vendor management.

Susan Iovino is Managing Director and Head of Closing at ACORE Capital. Her work in commercial real estate includes reviewing credit agreements, settlement statements, and underwriting materials, along with funding mechanics and calculations related to stub interest, escrow, taxes, and fee income. She has experience in loan administration and servicing, asset management, due diligence, reporting, and operations management, and has worked on developing corporate policies, loan system conversions, and audits.

Tony Fineman is Senior Managing Director and Head of National Originations at ACORE Capital, where he oversees the originations platform and manages the sourcing, structuring, underwriting, and closing of commercial real estate financing. He has more than 25 years of experience in commercial real estate and has closed over $25 billion in loans, with prior roles at Brickman, Hillcrest Finance, Wachovia Bank, Nomura Securities, Centres Inc., and Terranova Corporation, and an earlier career as an attorney handling commercial real estate transactions. Fineman holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Drexel University and a J.D. from the University of Florida, and serves on the board of the enCourage Kids Foundation.

Responsible for asset management of SRE investments. Previously at Pearlmark Real Estate Partners, most recently as Managing Director of Asset Management.

Responsible for sourcing, underwriting and diligence of investments as well as business development. Previously Vice President at Pearlmark Real Estate Partners.

Founder of SRE, responsible for management, strategy, sourcing investments and fundraising. Previously a Managing Director and Partner at GEM Realty Capital with experience investing across real estate sectors and public/private markets.

Leads portfolio and asset management across SRE funds. Previously Managing Director at Starwood Capital Group where he headed portfolio and asset management for SREIT, a non-traded REIT.

Cynthia Holahan serves as Chief Marketing Officer at ACORE Capital, a commercial real estate investment manager, where she leads marketing strategy. Her responsibilities include expanding the firm's brand reach and supporting origination and capital raising efforts. Prior to joining ACORE Capital, she held roles across institutional asset management firms.

Jamie Fullbright serves as Chief People Officer at ACORE Capital. Fullbright's work focuses on human resources within financial services, including organizational effectiveness, governance, and compliance across multi-state operations, as well as talent, performance, and rewards frameworks.
